  1. 1. First, you will decide where to place an iPad touchscreen in your lobby using a kiosk floor stand or a desktop stand at your check-in counter

  2. 2. Clear Q will give you a code to enter into an iPad App that locks the touchscreen to prevent your customers from manipulating the program and/or iPad

  3. 3. You can design your iPad touchscreen layout in less than 1 minute

  4. 4. After placing the iPad into the holding stand, your customers will be able to enter their name and select a reason for their visit

  5. 5. Your employees can select a customer from the list of waiting customers using a simple web-based dashboard on your PC, a smart phone, or iPad

  6. 6. The dashboard will display the number of customers waiting, their names, the reason for their visit, and how long they have been waiting

  7. 7. At the end of the day, as a manager, you can enjoy detailed reports on customer foot traffic, employee productivity, wait times, etc
